Program Director (Court and Secondary Markets)

The Program Director is the primary contact for new and established customers. The Program Director is responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include outbound calls, emails, meetings, follow up on warm and hot leads, account recovery, completion of Hubspot tasks, identification of new lead sources, and setting up new accounts.

Program Directors also educate customers about our behavior-change courses, best practices for product usage, and use of the Student Management System.

Must have: The ability to learn and adapt to new technology, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), the ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize. Must be self-managed, highly motivated, and target driven.

Program Manager (Higher Education Market)

A Program Manager is responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include outbound calls, emails, meetings, account relationship building, completion of Hubspot tasks, and setting up new accounts.

Program Managers educate customers about our behavior-change courses, best practices for product usage, and use of the Student Management System.

Security Enhancement Specialist

The Security Enhancement Specialist will be a member of a larger security and development team. The primary role of the Security Enhancement Specialist will be to analyze and assess our current security configurations for the purpose of identifying and implementing additional improvements to our security measures. This role involves continually assessing existing security systems, processes, and protocols, and developing and implementing solutions to continually strengthen overall security.

Must have: Previous experience with security assessment and implementation, developer skills for implementation of improvements, time management and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize.

Nice to have: Experience with SOC2 audit.
